This is close to my most shared bookmark. It will get referred to almost inevitably during a planning / architeture session.

My only caveat - don’t overlook the “Choose New Technology, Sometimes.” part. You have to be innovating, but sparingly and in the right places. Don’t horde your innovation tokens - spend them wisely.

I wonder if the author now gets referred to as “that boring guy”?
